Here at CDP Fitness, we specialise in providing expert fitness and nutritional advice. Our dedicated personal trainers have developed a series of personal programmes such as beech body ready, 4, 8 & 12 week workouts along with strength, metabolic conditioning and muscle development plans. We are a flexible organisation who can provide independent and personalised fitness and nutrition plans to suit our client’s needs. Gold and Platinum Personal Packages

Both our Gold and Platinum personal training plans provide nutrition, motivation, education and training expertise. CDP offer unique meal plans, supplementation recommendations, e-mail and SKYPE communication, lifestyle analysis and bespoke training packages for beginners right the way through to fitness fanatics.

MEET THE TEAM

Chris Dennis

Chris is a result orientated personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals develop their fitness, strength and lifestyle. With many years of expertise within the industry Chris has demonstrated his dedication to work with individuals and groups alike. Chris’s mentality is to support his clients inside and outside the gym to create a sense of community with the CDP Fitness family. Chris’s top tip “It’s a lifestyle change; don’t think of it as a quick fix or diet.”

Rebecca Noble

Rebecca (Becca) specialises in body composition, powerlifting, strength and conditioning. Her drive and determination has pushed Becca to be one of the leading personal trainers at her gym residency with her classes becoming a firm favourite for all. Becca describes the gratitude and appreciation from her clients as being the driving force to push forward and continually deliver the best results for herself and her clients.

Danny Atherton

Danny is a certified personal trainer who specialises in strength, metabolic conditioning and muscle development. He enjoys working with individuals that are new to the gym and want a fresh start into fitness. He is currently focused on dropping weight whilst maintaining his strength with his keen goal to complete in powerlifting. Danny’s go to song to get him pumped up for a heavy lifting session is 300 violin orchestra by Jorge Quintero for reasons unbeknown to him.
